Damon Clark

Chartered Director and Chartered Marketer with an international career spanning business, government and the charity sector. He co-founded an international marketing services company and scaled it from startup to a successful AIM market listing.

A former Non-Executive Director on the main board of the Institute of Directors (IoD), he represented business interests in the UK and abroad. He has served as Chair and NED for organisations from startups to large corporations, including a leading international legal practice and a national UK care home chain, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. He advises family wealth offices in the UK and internationally on decision-making and long-term value.

He conducts board performance reviews, delivers professional development for shareholders, directors and executives, and facilitates workshops on leadership, strategy and governance for international corporations, chambers of commerce and local governments. He prepares future Chairs, Directors and NEDs for their roles. For 20 years he has been part of Windsor Leadership at St George’s House, Windsor Castle, founded at the instigation of The Duke of Edinburgh.
