She advises companies on creating clean and green offices and designs office greening around each team’s needs, from waste separation and procurement to employee engagement. She also teaches eco-culture and environmental awareness to employees and managers.
Leads the Stop Musor project of the Association of Environmental Organisations of Kazakhstan: more than 100 environmental and educational events, including Sustainability Week, Jasyl Fest, Eco Talks and World Cleanup Day. The project received the Gold Award for Best CSR Campaign at the CSR Excellence Awards 2024. From 2014 to 2025 she worked at the G-Global Coalition for Green Economy and Development, including as Deputy Executive Director, coordinating programmes with UNDP, the OSCE, the European Union and business partners such as Coca-Cola Belesteri. She has also served as an eco-ambassador of the Ministry of Ecology of Kazakhstan.
